Norman Design Group

From concept to completion, Norman Design Group (NDG) provides the discriminating client with fine interior design services. Whether it is an extensive remodel or your new dream home, NDG works closely with the architect, homeowner and contractor to ensure superior craftsmanship and detailing every step of the way. They pride themselves on their unique ability to turn what can be a complicated and overwhelming process into a manageable one.

Norman Design Group’s design aesthetic is based on classic furnishings and soothing colors that have a calming effect. The final outcome should be an enduring space that is warm and welcoming. Every design project pays meticulous attention to interior architectural details so that when the project is over, it is your home times ten. According to Phil Norman, NDG Design Director and creative founder, “We believe a home should wrap its arms around you and welcome you home from the chaotic world.”

The Challenge

Our first challenge was wrangling the many assets NDG had amassed during their 15 years of experience. Their story is common among small businesses that achieve rapid growth in a short time frame. You are often too busy servicing your customers to think about your branding.

Other challenges included:

  • inconsistent materials, often with different logo treatments
  • email marketing that didn’t communicate the high quality that their clients have come to know them for

The Results

A modern yet timeless monogram logo treatment along with consistent imagery has shaped into a successful re-brand of their design group across all platforms – print, signage and social media that communicates their attention to detail, experience and customer service while producing “Creative Interiors” for their clients.
